Subscription Policy
JobMaster is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time. Here is the full story.
Last updated 2026-05-11. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot exclude.
Subscription terms
JobMaster is a monthly subscription, billed at AU $50 per month inclusive of GST. Billing runs on the same day each month, on the date you first subscribed. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings at app.jobmaster.com.au, or by emailing contact@jobmaster.com.au. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your current paid period stays active until its end. Your data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, your account stays active until the end of that paid period, then closes. No further charges. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy (see below).
Beta Launch Offer
The first 100 users to sign up with a Beta Launch code get their first month free in exchange for honest feedback, a detailed testimonial, and a rating. After the first month, the regular AU $50 per month rate kicks in. You can cancel at any time during or after the free month. There is no penalty for cancelling without leaving feedback, but we will not extend the Beta Launch Offer beyond the first month if you do.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major problem (it doesn't do what we said it would, is unsafe, or is significantly different from the description) you are entitled to a refund or replacement of your choice and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss. For minor problems, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion within a reasonable time. Nothing in this Subscription Policy limits or restricts your statutory rights.
How to raise an issue
Email contact@jobmaster.com.au with the email address on your account and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within one or two business days during Australian business hours.
Crypto-paid invoices
For subscriptions paid in BTC, ETH, or USDT (typically for quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly periods invoiced by email), refunds where required under the Australian Consumer Law are returned in the same currency. The refund amount is the AUD-denominated price at the time of the original payment, converted at the spot rate at the time of the refund. Network fees are deducted from the refund.
